Grant Thornton Malta awarded for ‘Excellence in the Promotion of Women in Business’
Grant Thornton Malta, a leading tax, audit and advisory firm receives HSBC Malta Businesswoman of the Year Awards for ‘Excellence in the Promotion of Women in Business 2020’. The other recipients were Claire Pisani for Malta Businesswoman of the Year, Krystle Penza for Female Entrepreneur of the Year and Roberta Lepre for Sustainability Role Model Award. HSBC Bank launched the Malta Businesswoman of the Year Awards in 2018 towards empowering women in business and recognising the excellence of women who have achieved significant success.

St Lucia announces “Vaxxed Mas” Carnival 2022
The government of St Lucia announces hosting of ‘The Vaxxed Mas’, Carnival 2022, but only vaccinated revellers, patrons, support staff and service providers will be allowed. The Carnival season brings thousands of visitors to the island as it is an important part of tourism in St Lucia. Strict protocols and guidelines will be implemented according to the government. Further plans will be announced at a later date to ensure the safety of everyone.
