After Santos’ merger with Oil Search, it has successfully applied to list as an ‘Exempt Foreign Company’ on the PNGX becoming the exchange’s largest listing. The move also ensures that all the capital invested in Oil Search in PNG will stay in PNG.

As per the new common agricultural policy (CAP), Cyprus plans to spend €461.9m on the agricultural sector over the five-year period of 2023-2027 subject to European Commission consultations and approval.
