Prithvirajsing Roopun, President of the Republic of Mauritius, launches a law textbook entitled ‘Arbitration of Industrial Disputes in Mauritius’ during an official ceremony held at Hennessy Park Hotel in Ebène. Several personalities were present at the launch event. The book is authored by the president of the Redundancy Board, Mr Rashid Hossen.

Uganda and Kenya agree to remove non-tariff barriers between the two countries and ease trade. The Memorandum of Understanding was signed during the meeting between Uganda and the Republic of Tanzania in Kampala. The Foreign Affairs Minister also commended the efforts to deepen the existing cooperation as the two sides will appoint focal points for all ministries, departments and agencies to coordinate and effectively implement policies.

Meet Tei Mukunya Oundo, CEO of NatureLock, a Nairobi-based instant meal company. She founded the company in 2020 that manufactures about 3,000 packets of ndengu stew a day. The company aspires to expand into Uganda and Tanzania by the end of 2022, which have broad similarities to Kenya.
