Malaysia Global Business Forum (MGBF) to support the creative economy post-COVID19 pandemic recovery. The MGBF will host the very first physical event of an art exhibition “I Know You’re Somewhere So Far” by one of Malaysia’s leading young artists Mulaika Nordin in December. Mulaika at the age of 16, became the youngest artist to hold a solo exhibition at the National Arts Museum (Balai Seni Visual Negara). Now, this will be her second solo art exhibition, “I Know You’re Somewhere So Far” and will feature about 60 works of art.

Edtech unicorn upGrad is all set to expand and acquire Australia-based startup Global Study Partners (GSP) in a $16 million deal. There will also be worth $10 million investments in the future. GSP has an institution network of over 600 predominantly in destinations like Australia, the UK, Canada, and the US. It consists of over 1,300 recruitment partners which include education and migration agents, schools, test preparation centres and various alumni associations.

Perth-based music supplier Audalize is looking for prospects to expand in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. It is a hardware and subscription-based media content management platform that allow developers to build applications that will integrate with the Audalize services. The tech startup enjoyed 300% growth this year, according to the founder Ross Woodhams. The contracts have already been signed in NZ while a distribution arm will soon open in the UK.
