Tonga Constitution Day
This day marks the 147th anniversary of the supreme law and a holiday will be observed on Monday, 7 November. This day is celebrated with several public ceremonies and displays including a flag-hosting ceremony, speeches, parades, and cultural events.
The Government of Seychelles Launches the “SeyID” Project
The Government of Seychelles officially launches the SeyID Platform, to complement the existing National Identity Card in a digital format. This digital card will also help tourists to create an eTourist ID to use local digital services. Developed by WISeKey International Holding, this card will help cover initiatives like eGovernment, eTourism and eHealth.

Antigua and Barbuda Independence Day
Celebrations in honour of one of the most significant holidays for the nation began on 22 October this year with activities ranging from public cultural displays, school talent shows and cheerleading competitions and gatherings to reflect on the past and make resolutions for the future. On the day itself, a National Awards Ceremony will take place as well as an Independence Ceremonial parade.
