Kenya unveils an environment-friendly electric bus to encourage smog-free commuting in the city. This electric bus from a Nairobi-based green mobility company can run for about 43 miles per hour and cover up to 360 kilometres on a single battery charge. Also, it requires only two hours of charging at a time.

Fiji will be hosting the prestigious three-day World Hindi Conference for the first time in 2023. It aims to promote Hindi as a global language according to the Indian High Commissioner to the South Pacific nation. In the ocean of Maldives, scientists have discovered hallmarks of a new ecosystem having enhanced safeguards for the marines. It is around 500 meters deep and is likely to be existent in other oceanic islands as well. The discovery was made by UK-based, Nekton, a non-profit research foundation which is on a mission to study and accelerate the mysteries of the deep oceans.
