The report analyses several factors that contribute to a country’s happiness level and also has a strong resemblance to the CBI Index, which specifically evaluates countries that provide citizenship through investment programs. In this index, the commonwealth of Dominica secured the top spot, followed by St. Kitts and Nevis, while Saint Lucia came in third.
