Former M’sian diplomat reappointed as Commonwealth Foundation chair
Following the support from all the 56 commonwealth member countries, Sudha Devi KR Vasudevan has been re-appointed as a chair of the Commonwealth Foundation. Her reappointment term began this year on Jan 1, 2023. She has also been an envoy to Australia, Brazil, Singapore, Switzerland and Germany previously.

Island states climate negotiator Lia Nicholson joins startup Terrascope as sustainability lead
Singapore startup Terrascope which helps in decarbonisation using data and analytics appoints Lia Nicholson as head of sustainability. Lia is from Antigua and Barbuda and was a lead climate negotiator at the COP26 climate talks for the Alliance of Small Island States.
