Ghana hosts 66th Commonwealth Parliamentary Conference
The 66th Commonwealth Parliamentary Conference (CPC) is set to take place at the Accra International Conference Centre in Accra, Ghana. It will be held from September 30 to October 6, 2023. The conference will kick off officially with the presence of the President of Ghana and the Vice-Patron of the CPA, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, who will deliver the keynote address. The event will also have a series of workshops that will delve into discussions on a wide range of topics, including safety, human rights, climate, the economy, gender, and other overarching issues.

ICC confirm Caribbean venues for 2024 T20 World Cup
ICC shortlisted seven Caribbean venues which include the commonwealth nations such as Antigua & Barbuda, Barbados, Guyana, Saint Lucia, St Vincent and the Grenadines, and Trinidad & Tobago for the next year’s men’s T20 World Cup. It will feature about 20 teams overall. According to the cricket West Indies CEO Johnny Grave: “We are grateful to the host Governments of the Caribbean for their overwhelming responses and enthusiasm for hosting what will be the most significant sporting event held in our region for a generation.”

The school’s first intake of primary students will commence in September 2024. During the school’s launch, John Todd, the Founding Head of Charterhouse Lagos, expressed his excitement.
