Singapore announced plans to launch its first quarantine-free travel program for vaccinated traveller from Hong Kong.  However, Hong Kong has tightened its border control measures last Friday, with vaccinated travellers from Singapore and other places to serve a 14-day quarantine instead of seven days.

Kenya keeps widening the scope of digital service tax. The newly revised tax includes all types of income derived from the internet or electronic networks. This includes residents and non-residents who accrue income from a digital marketplace. Kenya’s digital services market revenue is expected to reach US$4.4 billion in 2022.
