African Development Bank approves 8 proposals through the Youth Entrepreneurship and Innovation Multi-Donor Trust Fund that will receive funding of more than $7.3 million to operationalise their activities, creating several new enterprises and about 20,000 jobs for youth across the continent. It is an initiative that promotes the creation of sustainable jobs for young Africans.

Akinwumi Adesina, president of the African Development Bank, welcomes the diversity of sector activities in the Asia-Africa partnerships. Kenya and Tanzania signed a new Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to mark the beginning of great bilateral relations. The two also agreed to unlock non-tariff barriers which have been affecting trade between them.
