Vakilsearch is an online platform that offers support to small businesses and individuals for legal, tax, and compliance services. The firm will use these funds to accelerate talent acquisition, product development, sales and marketing activities.

Australian telco Telstra agrees to acquire telecom Digicel Pacific for $1.6 billion of which $1.33 billion funds will be backed by the Australian government. Digicel owner and chairman Denis O’Brien said the deal comes with a “lot of growth” potential in the Pacific Islands. They have about 2.5 million subscribers in Papua New Guinea, Fiji, Nauru, Samoa, Tonga and Vanuatu.
