England break their Commonwealth Games medal record
Did you know that England secured the most successful medals at the Commonwealth Games 2022 ever with a tally of 176? The previous best medal tally was 174 which was set at Glasgow in 2014.

Nominations open for the special ‘Year of Youth’ edition of the Commonwealth Youth Awards
Nominations for the 2023 Commonwealth Youth Awards, to recognise outstanding youths from across the Commonwealth, are open till 17 October 2022 by 23:59 BST. It is an outcome of the Commonwealth Youth Forum and Commonwealth leaders’ meeting at the CHOGM 2022 that committed 2023 to be named ‘Year of the Youth’, empowering youth-related challenges like unemployment and access to education.
