Cycling: Rwanda Epic race slated for November
The five-day 2022 Rwanda Epic cycling race is set to run from November 1-5. This event brings together worldwide top athletes and well-trained amateurs from across the globe. The mountain bike riders run from Kigali to Musanze and finally to Rubavu. Rwandan mountain bike racing stars like Jean-Eric Habimana and Nathan Byukusenge are all geared up to win this year’s edition.

Australia holds national day of mourning for British Queen Elizabeth II
The Australian government declares Thursday a national day of mourning for the late Queen Elizabeth II and a nationwide public holiday. The ceremony was attended by many dignitaries that include PM Anthony Albanese and Governor-General David Hurley, who is also a representative of King Charles III in Australia.
