Kitacon’s IPO public portion oversubscribed by 11.46 times
Malaysian construction company, Kitacon’s initial public offering (IPO) received applications for about 124.58 million shares for its 10 million shares which will be listed on Bursa Malaysia’s Main Market on 17 January 2023. Its market capitalisation would be RM340mil upon listing, based on its IPO price of 68 sen.

The African Development Bank Group’s $140,000 AgriPitch Competition names 25 finalists vying for top prizes
The African Development Bank (AfDB) Group announces 25 finalists for the 2022 AgriPitch Competition from 14 African countries out of which about 17 are women-led SMEs. The competition will award $140,000 grants and provide business skills training to help these agripreneurs pitch bankable business proposals in future.
