Jamaica’s Minister of Tourism, Edmund Bartlett, announces the first-ever Global Tourism Resilience Conference. The three-day conference is scheduled to be held in February. It will include more than 40 global speakers, bringing insights on various topics including the Afro-Caribbean component.

Rwandan National Land Authority (NLA) announces the introduction of the electronic version of the land title known as “e-Title”. The electronic title will replace high printing expenses and paperwork with more efficient automated land services. Landowners will now be able to access their land titles instantly through their electronic devices.
