Mozambican president commissions 70 km Negomano-Roma Road enhancing trade between Mozambique and Tanzania
Mozambican President Filipe Jacinto Nyusi has inaugurated a crucial link road funded by the African Development Bank. The completion of the Negomano-Roma Road, situated in the northern province of the country, is already delivering enhanced road conditions, improved access to healthcare and education, and a boost in local economic activity for communities in the Mueda district of the northern Cabo Delgado region. The event witnessed the presence of over 200 local residents from the Mueda district and a delegation from the African Development Bank, headed by the Bank’s country manager for Mozambique, Cesar Mba Abogo.
