Edtech unicorn upGrad is all set to expand and acquire Australia-based startup Global Study Partners (GSP) in a $16 million deal. There will also be worth $10 million investments in the future. GSP has an institution network of over 600 predominantly in destinations like Australia, the UK, Canada, and the US. It consists of over 1,300 recruitment partners which include education and migration agents, schools, test preparation centres and various alumni associations.
