Commonwealth Secretary-General, the Rt Hon Patricia Scotland KC announces the release of more than 2,000 e-learning courses for free to the youth in the Caribbean. The launch was in partnership with Simplilearn, a leading online courses skill provider around the world. Over 10,000 courses are further planned for the commonwealth countries in 2023.
