MFS Africa, a fintech company signs an agreement to acquire Baxi’s parent company, Capricorn Digital. It is one of Nigeria’s largest digital solutions and distribution companies with a 90,000-strong agent network across the country. The deal is expected to be the second-highest fintech acquisition in Nigeria to date after Paystack.
