Hector Beverages, which manufactures and sells packaged juices, coconut water, traditional Indian snacks and dry fruits under the Paper Boat brand, is about to raise worth $50 million from Singapore sovereign fund GIC. Founder Neeraj Kakkar and Niraj Biyani claim that the company is luring profits and has a run rate of about Rs 700 crore. GIC has previously backed startup companies like Wow Skin, CRED, Falcon X and Delhivery.
