Julia Charlton, the chairman of the Commonwealth Chamber of Commerce, had the wonderful opportunity to interact with Félix Mbayu, Deputy Minister to the Cameroonian Minister of External Relations in charge of relations with the Commonwealth. They discussed numerous cross-border partnerships and evaluated existing collaborative arrangements.
