Uganda prepares to introduce nuclear energy to meet growing electricity demand with a growing economy. International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) concluded a review of the country’s infrastructure development for a nuclear power programme. The review was carried out at the request of the Government of Uganda to identify areas where further work is required in relation to energy policies.
