Trinidad and Tobago is set to host the eagerly anticipated 7th edition of the Commonwealth Youth Games. The event will kick off on the 4th of August with a vibrant and culturally rich Opening Ceremony at the iconic Hasely Crawford Stadium. Athletes from 71 countries will participate, bringing together the diverse talent and spirit of the Commonwealth nations. Originally slated to take place in 2021, the Games had to be postponed due to the unprecedented challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic.
