In a significant move towards enhancing bilateral cooperation, the Commonwealth Chamber of Commerce has concluded a successful visit to Sri Lanka, culminating in the signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce.
During the visit, Julia Charlton, Chairperson of the Commonwealth Chamber of Commerce, led discussions to foster closer economic and business ties between the Commonwealth and Sri Lanka. The MoU outlines collaborative efforts in organising joint webinars, conferences, and trade missions to promote business growth and innovation across sectors. Both chambers look forward to implementing joint initiatives which will contribute to the prosperity of businesses and economies in Sri Lanka and across the Commonwealth.
