Binance Singapore hires Richard Teng, ex-CEO of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). Teng is also a board member at the Blockchain Association Singapore (BAS) and the Global Fintech Institute. The appointment comes as Singapore builds up growing fintech sector, which includes cryptocurrency, blockchain and digital payment services.
