Alex Arnold and his partner Phoebe Gardner, are co-founders of a Melbourne-based startup Bardee that recycles food waste into fertiliser and animal feed using insects. This startup processes more than 10,000 kilograms of food waste per day efficiently using a unique technology they developed.
