Zambia’s Dorothy Eriksson runs a successful Chankwakwa agro-processing small scale factory. This family-run farm in Kabwe make jams, sauces, dried fruit and soya products. The Zambian brand can be spotted in various supermarket chains throughout the country and Europe. According to Eriksson, her venture is based on fair trade practices and strong relationships built over time with the farmers.
