Air India’s acquisition by the Tata Group and privatisation will earn more revenue for India with the increase in luxury and business class travel, improved operational efficiency, and payment of dues on time from which airports will benefit. The Group have the second-largest fleet in the country holding about 57 per cent of the domestic market.
